Step 3
Pre-Start Build Meeting

Construction of Your Home

Our preliminary pricing service makes sure there aren’t any nasty surprises when it comes to your build or budget. We run through every aspect of the project with you, so we’re on the same page from the beginning. We recommend you engage this service as early as possible.
With this service you receive:
  • Full project cost breakdown
  • Realistic allowances for consent costs, professional fees and design costs
  • All included fixtures and fittings priced
  • All demolition and/or excavation costed properly
  • Site visit to confirm all dimensions and pre-planning
  • All subcontractors pricing
  • Full project price inclusive of GST
We charge for this service to make sure your project gets the focus and attention to detail required. Fees are only charged for the time we put in. This fee varies from one project to the next, please see a rough guide below based on project value.
Job Value: Fee: Under $40,000 $63.25 Inc GST/ hour $40,000 - $100,000 $230 Inc GST $100,000 - 300,000 $575 Inc GST $300,000 + $575 Inc GST +
For smaller jobs under $40,000, any fees accumulated during preliminary stage will be void upon job confirmation and signing of contract documentation. We believe in transparent pricing and honest communication to ensure trust and clarity throughout the building process.
