Fit for Purpose

A huge total span shed was in need of a workshop space and Rothwell Construction had the pleasure of bringing this clients idea to life. The result - an insulated 37m2 workshop complete with heating and cooling to keep this client comfortable when working on their many projects.
An exposed covered walkway, now allowing more flexibility for our clients in all weather. Constructed in keeping with the rest of the build with timber accents and dark joinery.
This enclosed void brings natural light into the office below, keeping the bright and open atmosphere. This thoughtful feature not only maximizes daylight but also provides greater flexibility in how the space can be used, while ensuring that weather elements remain outside and the environment stays comfortable year-round.
